We will arrange demos with key members of your team to focus on core areas in more detail and explain how creatiogreen will transform your processes.
to assigning an Account Manager…
We will assign you an experienced Account Manager, supporting you through the configuration process and your migration. They will become your critical friend and will constructively challenge your process and ways of working to help you maximise the benefits you can obtain from creatiogreen.
Our Account Managers have worked for AOs, EPAOs, training providers and/or regulators and understand your business processes and challenges you face, as well as the terminology and the context within which you operate.
to organising a programme of meetings…
Your Account Manager will meet you on a regular basis to guide you through the configuration process to help make the transition to Creatio as quick and easy as possible.
In addition, we will also put in place monthly management meetings with your Senior Team to ensure the project is running as planned and actions from either side are being addressed.
to helping you migrate your data…
Our amazing Development Team will assist you through the migration of data from your legacy systems, using our robust and easy-to-use tools to help make this critical processes as straightforward as possible.
They will also help you to implement our secure REST-based API options to ensure your other systems receive the data they require (e.g. your finance systems, exam platforms and company website).
to accessing our Helpdesk Portal…
Our Transform Helpdesk is a portal for you to submit and exchange key information in relation to your set-up and deployment, as well as accessing various user guides, tips, release notes, and much more!
Once you are ‘live’ with the system, your Account Manager will arrange regular keep-in-touch (KIT) meetings with you to review your progress, receive feedback, keep you updated on new features and to ensure we understand and can support your plans for the future.
In addition, we will put in place a strategic annual review meeting with your senior staff to keep each other updated on any significant future plans and/or how we may be planning to address new and emerging governance or regulatory developments.

and that’s not all…
In addition to the free updates we provide to all clients throughout the year, you will also have some development time allocated throughout the year to make configuration changes without incurring additional costs.
