The security of the data we hold for our clients is of utmost importance.

We are truly committed to managing and reducing the risks associated with data security and have a robust culture of data awareness and security throughout our business. As a result, we have put in place a number of arrangements to protect the data we hold for our clients.

Secure UK-based Hosting

We host our servers on a private cloud-based solution at iomart who utilise their dedicated hardware and software running on the latest operating systems.

iomart hold various security certifications and implement a wide range of robust security controls and measures to protect against any foreseeable security threats.

Encryption

All data transmitted between creatiogreen users and the Creatio service (in transit) is done using strict encryption protocols. Data at rest is also encrypted.

Secure REST-based API

Creatio uses a secure and independently tested REST-based API approach to interfacing our clients to their other external systems.

Data Back-Up

We have robust business continuity arrangements which span every aspect of our business, including - additional replicated hosting environments managed by iomart where data is backed up every few seconds.

Certifications

We are the only IT company in our sector to hold all four certifications: ISO 22301 Business Continuity System Management, ISO 27001 Information Security, Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection - Information Security Management System, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Independent Penetration Tests

In addition to our arrangements, we commission independent penetration tests by Secarma annually to test all aspects of the system and our API model.
